Does Terra have rate limits?

Hi there. Terra's API has an incredibly lenient rate limit (10,000 reqs/s) and on your production environment, your user count is not capped. However your testing and staging environments have a limit of 50 users each and different providers impose rate limits that may would affect REST requests made through Terra
